With a customized overnight support approach, your family will rest easy.
If bottle feeding, we’ll take care of all the details - from feeding and changing to burping and settling your baby back to sleep - while you get an uninterrupted night's rest.
If breastfeeding, we’ll bring your baby to you when it's time to nurse. After your baby has finished nursing, you can go back to sleep for a few more hours until the next feed. We’ll take care of changing and soothing them back to sleep.
Our overnight support team is trained and experienced in helping families make decisions regarding their newborns, and we strive to honor and support those decisions every step of the way.
-
Many night doulas rest when your newborn is sleeping. We promote sustainable long-term practices for the family, including rest for the adults when the baby is cared for. We rest when your newborn has been fed and cared for and your infant safely sleeps according to the American Academy of Pediatrics safe sleep guidelines.
-
While some babies may quickly form a familiar routine, others may take longer. As a result, most sleep experts advise against sleep training for babies under 12 weeks. Instead, we offer guidance on how to help your baby develop healthy habits and get a restful night's sleep.
